Steve Brandofina, my salesman, was a consummate professional. He was prompt, understanding, informative, and efficient. He earned my highest recommendation, and I will certainly promote your dealership because of the experience he afforded me. Tim, the finance guy, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and he showed that he genuinely cared about my experience. Overall, I give Kunes Hope Chevrolet a 10/10!

If I could give less than Zero I would. Absolutely terrible!! The least of all was waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change but then having my car completed and finding out it was sitting ready to go for a half hour. I finally went into the office area because no one came and got me. The second worst part was the customer service. From signing a document initially that said $76 to the antics of the sales guy telling me that the oil changes "were" going up to the final price being $279 for an oil change. He said he "told me" but used the words "were going up" and then charged me the changed rate. This is over $100 more than Boucher for the same exact oil change on my corvette. Finally after being very mad about the price he asked me to give him a 10 on this survey because if he didn't get a 10 he would lose $300 and the other guys joked that he was on thin ice as it was. Really felt taken advantage of and didn't care for any of these tactics. I thought this was a free oil change that I had coming but they explained that they did a free oil change when my transmission fluid was changed at 7000 miles so I came in thinking this was a free bee to a ridiculous $279 bill. I then called Boucher and asked if they had a corvette mechanic and what their cost would be. The said $169 out the door. I said I just paid $279 at Kunes and even they said they didn't understand the high price. The worst part of this was service not answering the phone for weeks after I've left countess messages. They don't answer and then ask you to leave your name and number but don't call back. I had to get Steve Brandofina involved who was the sales guy on my corvette to even get these guys to call me back. Very, very unhappy and so unhappy that I will be leaving other "reviews" on sites that I know explaining what I went through.

Damien made everything so simple and seamless. Great customer service!
