I encountered a Pothole on New &ears Day. i took it in the following Day. I t was determined to be unfixable so they would have a replacement on Sat. I was given a Shuttle Ride Home by Caesar who picked me up to pick up my car complete with a brand new $400 dollar tire free of Charge. i give both Caesar & Damien 5 Stars. Today my visit was very good. The staff was very nice. I forgot to ask the name of the guy that took care of me, but he was very nice. I had coupons and didn't have trouble using them.

My truck went into the dealership in late October due to an accident. The repairs went 6 to 7 weeks over the estimated deadline. There was no communication from the bodyshop whatsoever during the entirety of this debacle. For 6 weeks straight, once a week i would have to contact the bodyshop, would be told my vehicle would be completed by the end of the week and if things change I would be contacted....never received any contact. Finally after my 5th time calling, the bodyshop told me they had been down one technician the entire month! I received my truck finally on Monday the 5th of January. Wouldn't you know, the passenger side cabin of my truck was painted the wrong color! Even the door that had no damage?! Then on the morning of the 6th, the warning system on my truck was on telling me the new wheel and tire that was replaced isn't being recognized by the system?! I mean cmon!! All of this after the guy in the bodyshop tells me sorry for the time the repair took but they wanted to make sure the job was done right?! Unfreakin-believable!

The service advisor was really helpful with the warranty claim. Explained to me what maintenance was needed and not pushy about it. One thing that could be better was the inability to provide a rental vehicle. My car was getting service was almost 2 weeks and to leave a dealership to go the airport was a huge inconvenience. If your dealership don’t provide rental vehicles while a car is being service for an extended period of time then I can I say I would seek other dealerships that do provide that service.
