Got a very good deal, I think parts of the service could've been better at the end. I had another person come in before we could finish up and was kinda brushed off after that. We did a walk around and noticed a piece missing off the back, they found it and replaced it. But really seemed rushed towards the end. The warranty and signing staff was a little off putting trying to push alittle to much on getting those add ons. Overall, I would recommend anyone going there based also on the price.

I was very pleased with salesman Ted Harris and the rest of the Kunes team. Ted was pleasant and worked hard to get me in the truck I wanted. I would recommend Kunes to all car shoppers! Kunes rocks!!!!

I recently took my 2024 Corvette stingray in for the 7500 mile Transmission filter change. I just returned from a 5000 mile route 66 trip. Before I left the mileage was way too early to get the service so I was advised to do it when I returned. When I returned, I was told the grace period For acceptable mileage had changed and I was now over the miles and was going to have to pay for the service myself. General Motors absolutely needs to do better in communicating with their customers no matter how much money you spend for your new vehicle. My supervisor Damien and Brad, the Corvette mechanic there went to bat for me and explained the situation to management there at Kunes, and the dealership covered it for me. GM Needs to do better, but this dealership came through with great customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Pete at Kunes Hope Chevy. He was very knowledgeable and also kind. It was a rainy evening when we came to look at a couple Chevy Trax, so Pete pulled them into the bay so we could take a good look at the vehicles. We viewed several of them, then test drove one and purchased it. Tim in Finance was also extremely helpful and made sure we understood how the GM points and mobile app worked. We loved the experience so much, we came back the next day to buy another! Will definitely reach out to Pete next time we are in the market for a new vehicle!

I needed some service work done on my 2025 ERay. Once the parts came in, Damien, in-service dept, contacted me to schedule an appointment. Brad Sorensen in the Corvette mechanic did an outstanding standing job as always. The courtesy shuttle, driven by Julius, dropped off at my house while I waited for my service to be completed. I was informed by Damien and then came down and picked up my car. The service work was completed. My car was clean and I was out the door. Clean, quick and efficient. The service work was done very well.

It was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The person I dealt with was very rude for no reason. It took two days for my tire to be repaired. And when I came to pick up my tire I asked if the tire can be put back on my care. For some reason the person got very angry and began to give me a hard time. Saying comments “like you shouldn’t told me yesterday that you wanted the tire put back on the car” the guy was so rude and nasty I asked to speak with his manager. Thank goodness the manager was very professional with listening and resolving my issues. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. My wife and I purchased at least 5 or more cars from the same place over the last 10 years. I don’t anyone deserves to experience poor customer service like what I experienced. I won’t be coming back to that location ever!

Both Isiah in the service department and Jason in body shop were very attentive to my needs and concerns. They both provided multiple options for addressing the vehicle issues to batance cost and performance/aesthetics. They made me feel like a valued customer and built a loyalty for me that I've never had with a dealership before.
