Long wait.

Great communication awesome work

I came in for a routine oil change and was told I “needed” new air filters. It was presented as urgent, and I felt pressured to approve the service without having time to consider it. In hindsight, it did not feel optional and felt unnecessarily pushed. While waiting, I spoke with a sales representative about potentially turning in my lease. I was only looking to understand the numbers and process, but the conversation quickly shifted toward purchasing a vehicle. A credit check was run even though I was not ready to move forward — I was simply gathering information. A lease inspection was completed, but I never received the results or a copy of the inspection. I also did not receive the purchase price for my current lease. The information I was initially given was later contradicted by someone in finance. Overall, the experience felt high-pressure and misaligned with what I came in for. I left feeling uncomfortable and taken advantage of, which is disappointing.

It was a great experience with that was efficient along with amazing customer service from salesman Troy Maas.

I went to service with intent of setting up appointment for issue with transmission. Service took me right in, i waited 1.5hrs, did their checks and reprogramming, also had recall on fuel injector levels, which was done (I wasn't aware of recall). Was very pleased with entire process.

Rude and uncivil service associate(Gamian) and service manager after going in for an oil change! Unsolicited service entered on invoice after specifically requesting it not be done!!! Signing acceptance of one price for oil change then during check out being charged a higher price without getting my approval!!! Service associate(Damian) became argumentive, all the while the service stood by and did not intervene!!! Prior to confrontation I was looking forward to additional vehicle services, but I won't be going back!!! I will advise my family and friends to avoid this location!!!

My truck still isn’t running right, I’ve been in 2 different times in 3 weeks and my Tahoe is still not its full potential.
