Everything was smooth

Very happy with the service writer and the technician that worked on my vehicle. I discussed the service he preformed he also sent photos. What I am not happy about is with GM they used the wrong transmission fluid and after 13000 miles I have to have my fluid flushed at my expense. There was a tech service bulletin that explains the procedure on many GM vehicles with the same problem. I've had many GM vehicles through the years never a problem like this! Not Happy!

The manager was so polite and courteous they took care of me on time and finish quickly. I really appreciate the way he came out and got me from the waiting room just his overall kindness said it all.

My service was accomplished in a timely manner.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Tires could not rotated, I’m told due to lug nut expansion. Wanted to seek new for all tires. Looked at nuts when I returned home and did not see the need to replace all 24 units, only a few could be considered bad.

Randy and Ted were amazing! Quick to respond. Ted had the car clean and ready to go for pick up. Randy had all paperwork ready to sign when we got there. 5 starts for both guys! Amazing

Constantly a good experience as it relates to the servicing of my vehicle.

The man who helped me seemed inpatient when I asked him about my bill and what took place on my car repairs. Also I just went in for an oil change and spark plug change and my bill was $600. I was quoted for 3 other services but after reading my bill it was very difficult to understand what actually was done to my car and I also asked if they would check my brakes and let me know how they were and nothing was said or done about that request.

I have some questions about my GM Certified vehicle Warranty which was in effect when I bought the vehicle from Griffin Chevrolet. With only 47K miles on it and the front caliper is sticking per the tech at Kunes Hope Chevrolet (They bought out Griffin, after I purchased the car). They say its not covered under the GM Certified vehicle Warranty. Not happy about this.
