I came in for a routine oil change and was told I “needed” new air filters. It was presented as urgent, and I felt pressured to approve the service without having time to consider it. In hindsight, it did not feel optional and felt unnecessarily pushed. While waiting, I spoke with a sales representative about potentially turning in my lease. I was only looking to understand the numbers and process, but the conversation quickly shifted toward purchasing a vehicle. A credit check was run even though I was not ready to move forward — I was simply gathering information. A lease inspection was completed, but I never received the results or a copy of the inspection. I also did not receive the purchase price for my current lease. The information I was initially given was later contradicted by someone in finance. Overall, the experience felt high-pressure and misaligned with what I came in for. I left feeling uncomfortable and taken advantage of, which is disappointing.

I went to service with intent of setting up appointment for issue with transmission. Service took me right in, i waited 1.5hrs, did their checks and reprogramming, also had recall on fuel injector levels, which was done (I wasn't aware of recall). Was very pleased with entire process.
